If winmaya becomes aware that a Player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all data associated with the account will be deleted, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required. Certain winmaya service providers — including cloud infrastructure, game software providers, and security vendors — may be located outside the Philippines.
