Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines, winmaya conducts KYC verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals and may require verification at any time. KYC documentation may include, without limitation:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winmaya account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without winmaya's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winmaya's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of net deposits made by that Player to their winmaya account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winmaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if winmaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While winmaya strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, winmaya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.
winmaya's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the winmaya Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. winmaya complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations under the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
winmaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting winmaya support.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to winmaya's internal dispute resolution process by contacting winmaya customer support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285) or seek redress before the competent courts of the Philippines.
